To all of our Friends and Community Partners:
As many of you may know, Angela Kjellberg is leaving our organization to become an Account Executive with Aveanna Healthcare in Eau Claire. CDC has been very fortunate to have someone of Angela's caliber on our staff. She has worked tirelessly on promoting our organization both through social media and personal connections. Our annual golf outing that she led this year not only had the most golfers ever but also the most volunteers. I cannot thank her enough for the positive impact she has made with our employees and representing CDC in the community. I wish nothing but success to Angela in her new role with Aveanna Healthcare. She will always be a part of our CDC Family. In addition, I would also like to announce that Kate Brinkman has accepted the Marketing Coordinator position for CDC. Kate was Angela's intern this summer and worked along with her at our golf outing. Kate is finishing her last semester at UWEC and graduating in December.
