The L.E. Phillips CDC Chippewa County Outreach Office is located in downtown Chippewa Falls. This office specializes in homelessness prevention and helping those who may be in crisis. The services offered at the Chippewa County Outreach Office provide a valuable resource to those in need within the community.
During operating hours Outreach staff is available to provide help in accessing local support resources like housing, food, and needed items. We provide a safe space for those experiencing crisis by offering a listening ear as well as support and resources within their local Chippewa Falls Community.
The Outreach Office works closely with area agencies such as the Family Support Center, Chippewa County Housing Authority, local food pantries, Workforce Resource, Catholic Charities, Chippewa Economic Support and several others. The Outreach Office also works with the Chippewa Falls Mission Coalition and area churches to meet the needs of community members who may be experiencing crisis.
Community Cabinet
This cabinet is located out front of the Outreach Office and has hygiene items, various foods and other basic need items. Individuals in need can take items at anytime from the Cabinet. This cabinet is restocked daily by Outreach staff and community members.
Community Cupboard
We offer a space in Chippewa Falls where community members can donate basic household items, such as dishes, furniture and small kitchen appliances. These items are provided free of charge to those in need.
If you would like to donate items or are in need, contact the Outreach Office at 715-861-5002.
