Corporate Guardianship

What is Corporate Guardianship?

The Corporate Guardianship program provides guardianship services for individuals in West-Central Wisconsin that have no close family or other support systems, but who need legal protection. We meet standards required by the Bureau of Quality Assurance and the Wisconsin Circuit Court

Corporate Guardianship at CDC

With over 20 years of guardianship experience, CDC has developed a flexible program that offers great benefits to a diverse group of adults including adults with disabilities or mental illnesses. Our goal is to offer the least restrictive setting and to keep individuals in their homes. We are on call 24/7 for caregivers and offer temporary guardianship for those with medical and placement emergencies. Our program focuses on involving family members and establishing the strongest support system possible.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Corporate Guardianship Program a person must be declared incompetent through the Judicial System and court ordered Chapter 54 and 880, through the Circuit Court System.
